Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy explains how In The D3 Huddle, which operates the D3SCOREBOARD website at scores.d3fbhuddle.com, handles information. The service is owned and operated by Frank Rossi II, Ballston Spa, New York, United States.

Information we collect

Account information you provide, such as your name, email address and password, when an account is created. A mobile phone number, only if an account owner chooses to enter one in the site's alert settings in order to receive operational text messages. Game, team and scoreboard data that the service compiles and publishes. Standard technical information such as browser type, device type and pages requested, recorded in server logs for reliability and security.

How we use information

To operate and secure the service, to sign you in, to publish scoreboards and graphics, to send the operational text messages an account owner has asked for, to respond to inquiries, and to diagnose faults. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

Text messages and SMS opt-in data

Mobile numbers are collected only through the site's alert settings, entered by an account owner after signing in, and are used only to deliver operational alerts about possible score data problems. Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per game day during the football season. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt out at any time. Opting out stops all further text messages to that number. How the opt-in works, step by step, is documented on the text alerts page.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Sharing

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us run the service, such as our hosting provider and our text message delivery provider, who may use it solely to perform that work; and where required by law or to protect the service and its users. Data may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Retention and security

Information is kept for as long as an account is active or as needed to operate the service, and access is restricted to the operators. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at the address below. You may stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by removing your number from the alert settings. The service does not respond to browser "do not track" signals, and it is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated, and the date above will change when it is. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised policy applies.
