These terms govern use of D3SCOREBOARD at scores.d3fbhuddle.com, operated by In The D3 Huddle, owned by Frank Rossi II, Ballston Spa, New York, United States. By using the site you agree to them.

Use of the site

The site publishes Division III football scores, standings and broadcast graphics. You may view the public pages and use the graphics for broadcast and editorial purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access areas you are not authorized to use, scrape at a volume that degrades service for others, or resell access.

SMS Terms

This section covers the operational text messages sent by D3SCOREBOARD.

Program: D3SCOREBOARD Problem Score Review Alerts, internal operational notices sent to the account owners when the data pipeline detects a possible problem with a game's score.

How numbers are enrolled: a number is added only by an account owner, after signing in, typing it into the site's alert settings form, and saving it. There is no public sign-up and no keyword opt-in. The step-by-step flow is shown on the text alerts page.

Message frequency: varies with the football season, up to 10 messages per game day.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your carrier's rates for sending and receiving texts apply.

Opting out and help: reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT or OPTOUT to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or contact us at the address below. Opting out stops all further messages to that number; a number can be re-enrolled only by entering it in the alert settings again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Accuracy of scores

Scores and statistics are compiled from school and conference sources and are provided as is. They may contain errors or lag behind a live game. Confirm anything used on air against the official source. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA or any conference or school, and team names and logos belong to their owners.

Availability

The service is offered without any guarantee of uptime. It may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time, including during the season.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, In The D3 Huddle is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its data, and total liability will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

Changes

These terms may be updated, and the date above will change when they are. Continued use of the service means the revised terms apply.
